At Florex Inc., we are committed to providing high-quality supplies to our customers. As we operate exclusively as an online store, we have established the following professional guidelines to ensure a clear and fair return process for all digital purchases.

1. Return Eligibility and Timeframe

To be eligible for a return, you must ship it within 14 days of receiving your delivery. All products must be returned in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns on items that have been altered, used, or removed from their factory seals.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
  • Seasonal products returned after the conclusion of the holiday or event period.
  • Custom-ordered or specially sourced supplies.

3. Shipping and Logistics for Returns

All returns must be handled via mail. Unless the return is due to an error made by our team (such as an incorrect item being sent), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for return packages lost or damaged during transit back to our facility.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please notify our team within 5 business days of delivery. To expedite a resolution, please provide your order number and clear photographs of the items and the shipping container. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund for any confirmed shipping errors or damaged products

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
